1. Shipping Coverage

We ship our products worldwide, including major cities and remote regions. However, shipping availability may vary based on location and courier services.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS once your order has been processed.
  • Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods or holidays.

3. Shipping Time

  • Delivery times vary depending on your country and city.
  • Estimated delivery is between 5–14 business days for most locations.
  • Delays caused by customs clearance, natural events, or courier issues are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before finalizing your order.
  • In some locations, we may offer free shipping or discounted rates during promotional periods.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • All orders are shipped with Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
  • Customers must pay the full amount in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of the package.
  • Please ensure someone is available at your address to receive and pay for the order.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refusal to accept/pay for the order
  • Unavailability of the recipient

We may contact you for clarification. Re-delivery charges may apply for a second attempt. Persistent failed deliveries may result in the cancellation of future orders.

7. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details via email or SMS (if available in your region).
  • Not all courier services provide real-time tracking in all countries.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue by emailing [email protected].
  • We will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.
